Site Investigations

A site investigation is conducted on specific sites to cover a range of visual
observations, site tests, DCP’s and bore hole drilling.

A geotechnical site investigation is undertaken and the soil is identified,
described and classified [eg (CL) silty clay, low plasticity] in accordance with
 Australian Standards AS 1726.

The investigation report is very important prior to building your home, it allows
you to fully understand the soil you are building on.
